Grand Café de Zeedijk in Onderdijk, opening in October 2023, is all about passion for hospitality and a sense of warm hospitality. Sebastiaan Redeker, the passionate owner, opened the doors of the Zeedijk and is at the helm with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry.

Sebastiaan learned the tricks of the trade from a young age, first with his parents and later as an independent entrepreneur. For him, hospitality is more than just service; it is creating a feeling of coming home for the guests.
