However, West Friesland is one of the regions with the most outings. The LTO West Friesland finds it very important to introduce you to today’s agriculture and horticulture. We remember the company of yesteryear. But through innovation, it is very modern companies that take care of your food. However, there is less and less land and more and more people.

We must be careful with our rural area in its entirety. Because we need the manure from the animals to grow the vegetables. Come visit us so that we can talk to you so that you get an honest story and not the stories of people on the sidelines. After all, we also have 18 million national coaches in the Netherlands.

Outings

Collecting cows, getting a farm diploma. Spend a day helping out on a farm, painting cows on location, cycling tours, an agricultural market and historic boat trips. This is what is currently on the program, but there may be a new outing on the site every now and then. Everyone doesn’t have to be bored during the big holidays. Keep an eye on the site. July 12 is the tap-off of the activities in West Friesland at the agricultural mart in Bovenkarspel. It’s going to be a beautiful summer.
